vocab words 4!

1. aggravate - v. to make worse or more severe; to aggravate a grievance; to aggravate an illness. to annoy; irritate; exasperate; I think people can can aggravate very easily on touchy subjects or when they are unhappy or having a bad day just little things can made them really pissed off. Also once I had to kept switching band-aids and the adhesive was irritating my skin and it created a rash. I picked this picture because it shows a person being mad.

2. subtle - adj. thin, tenuous, or rarefied, as a fluid or an odor; fine or delicate in meaning or intent; difficult to perceive or understand; delicate or faint and mysterious. I chose this picture because the transtitions are subtle, not like red to black or orange to purple. Just like how someone can give a subtle smile, or subtle sexy clothing, like showing a little leg instead of dramatic sexy like very low neck and short short skirt.

3. zealous - adj. full of, characterized by, or due to zeal; ardently active, devoted, or diligent; I think is very important to be zealous towards somethings because it motivates you when you are devoted to something. But somethings being zealous towards things isn't helpful like being zealous towards drugs because they hurt you and spending your life devoted to something that you don't benefit from isn't a good use of your time. I chose this picture because a lot of people are devoted to their religion.

4. blatant - adj. brazenly obvious; flagrant: a blatant error in simple addition; offensively noisy or loud; clamorous: examples: blatant radios. a blatant lie. I chose this picture because it reminds me of when during movies there are obvious product placement. It also reminds me of one of my favorite movies [Wayne's World] when he keeps having product placements on purpose. Also this word can also be used describing non-physical objects like lies, sometimes when people tell you lies it is so obvious that they're lying.
