1. vertigo - a dizzying sensation of tilting within stable surroundings or of being in tilting or spinning surroundings. I chose this picture because it shows a guy feeling dizzy and sick. I have had feelings of vertigo before it sucks. I remember in 9th grade my good friend Anna had vertigo and she stayed home because she was throwing up.
2. forlorn - desolate or dreary; unhappy or miserable, as in feeling, condition, or appearance. I chose this picture because I have a sad look on my face, and it reminded me of the word forlorn. Usually I am a happy person but I do have my sad moments but I always have my family or friends to help me feel better :].
3. revere - to regard with respect tinged with awe; venerate. I chose this picture because it shows some of my friends. I have revere for them because each of them is so amazing and each has a special quality about them that I admire.
4. squander - to spend or use (money, time, etc.) extravagantly or wastefully/ scatter. I chose this picture because shoes are the main things I squander my money on. I have more than 30 pairs and I definitely don't wear all of them but I like most of them, some of them I just dont want to get rid of them because I spent a lot of money on them haha.
5. panache -a grand or flamboyant manner; verve; style; flair. I chose this picture because this is my friend Emily. She reminds me of the word panache because she was always so outgoing and she always and still dresses in the brightest colors.
6. punitive - serving for, concerned with, or inflicting punishment
7. slander - a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report
8. quell - to suppress; put an end to; extinguish
9. concision - concise quality; brevity; terseness
10. libel - the act or crime of publishing it.
11. defamation - the act of defaming; false or unjustified injury of the good reputation of another, as by slander or libel; calumny
12. misdirection - a wrong or incorrect direction, guidance, or instruction
